Refund Policy


Returns 

Returns can be made up to 30 days from the date of receiving your order. If more than 30 days have gone by, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange (this excludes damage or fault covered under warranty).

 

If the size of your item does not fit your vehicle, your item is faulty, or you have changed your mind, you may wish to make a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it and must also be in the original packaging. To lodge a return application, you will need your invoice number (beginning with #TCS), along with your reasoning as to why you wish to return your item.

 

For returns where the product size recommended by The Cover Shop was incorrect, or the item is faulty or damaged, The Cover Shop will provide a postage label to cover return postage costs. In instances where the item is being returned due to the buyer choosing the wrong size or due to change of mind, return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer. 

 

Refunds 

Once your returned item arrives back at our shop and is inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the outcome of your refund application.

 

If the application is approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be issued to your original payment method. Funds may take a number of business days to be available in your account, depending on your financial institution. 

 

Please note that change-of-mind refunds will incur a $40 restocking fee. 


Size Exchanges

If we have recommended a size of cover that doesn't fit your vehicle (either via our customer service team or via our size guide), we will swap your cover for one that fits correctly. It's important to understand that these covers are designed to be a snug fit, so its important to really stretch them over the vehicle. They will mould to the shape of the vehicle for an easier fit over time. If a different size is absolutely necessary, please fill out the form below.

 

For size exchanges where the product size recommended by The Cover Shop was incorrect, The Cover Shop will provide a postage label to cover return postage costs. To begin the size exchange process, please complete the form below and let us know if you'd like either a smaller or larger size. The item must be successfully returned to us within 30 days of you receiving the original order. Any size exchange requests after this 30 day period will be rejected.
